Apple Inc has unveiled the launch date of its latest smartwatch, Apple Watch Nike+. As per the details mentioned on the company’s Indian website, it says that the watch is going to be made available in India on October 28. Apple Watch Nike+ is a perfect device for the people who love to run and want to track their daily activities.
The watch will be made available in two aluminium case sizes i.e. 32 mm & 34 mm which will be pricing at Rs. 32,900 & Rs. 34,900 respectively. Both the cases can be bundled up with four different Nike Sport Band colour combinations which includes Black/Volt, Black/Cool Grey, Flat Silver/White & Flat Silver/Volt. For now only these four band variants will be made available but more variants are expected to be available in the future.
The Apple Watch Nike+, like all other Apple Watch Series 2 models, will come with built in GPS to track the pace, distance & route even though you do not have the iPhone with you. Apple also confirmed that they have provided this watch with the brightest display ever and even in the bright sunlight, you can easily read the metrics. Also it has been made water resistant up to 50 metres, so one can also swim wearing this watch.
The Nike Sport Band has been made of the same durable, light weight, fluoroelastomer material, as the original Apple Watch Sport Band. The weight of the band has been reduces and ventilation has been made using a row after row of punched holes or perforations. Alongside the watch comes with exclusive Nike watch faces featuring Nike’s iconic volt and boldly display’s the time in both digital & analog styles. The Apple Watch Nike+ comes with the Nike+ Run Club app which will help the users to make their coaching plans which will be adapted to their personal schedule & progress.
