We’ve already started rolling out Lollipop to a small number of phones in India,” said Caesar Sengupta, Product Management Director at Google, in a post on Google Plus.
Googles is rolling this OTA (Over-The-Air) update to random devices. Some devices has got the OTA update of Android Lollipop while some more handsets would be receiving the update next week and soon. So if you did not got the update as of yet, just wait for some more time as it will be rolling to you soon.
