Chinese smartphone maker, Vivo is all set to launch a successor to its latest launch Vivo V5. Named as Vivo V5 Plus the smartphone will be the second one which is going to feature dual camera on the front for selfies lovers.
The only smartphone in the market that has this feature if the Lenovo Vibe S1 which was launched with a 8-megapixel camera with f/2.2 aperture to capture the images and a 2-megapixel snapper to analyze the depth of the field. Together both the camera takes images with DSLR like effects and lets the user to swap the background and change the focus of the image.

Vivo has already started rolling out the media invites for the launch event that is going to be held on 23 January, 2017 with the tagline “For the biggest selfie camera resolution”.
The company launched the Vivo V5 smartphone in November in India and the smartphone came up with a 20-megapixel camera on the front for taking selfie. This series of smartphone is meant to be for selfie lovers as it comes with great selfie camera. Apart from it the V5 smartphone also featured a 13-megapixel camera on the rear end.
Vivo V5 came up with a 5.5-inch HD display, Octa-Core MediaTek MT6750 SoC clocked at 1.5 GHz and coupled up with a 4 GB of RAM. The internal storage provided on the smartphone was merely 32 GB but it could be expanded upto 128 GB via dedicated microSD car slot. A 3000 mAH battery as been housed on the phone which delivers nice full day backup.
On the software front, the smartphone runs on Android Marshmallow v6.0 (Fun Touch 2.6) OS and also comes with 4G VoLTE support. It was priced at Rs. 18,000 but the successor V5 plus will certainly be priced higher than this because of its dual-selfie camera feature.
