Chinese firm Xiaomi who has taken the Indian smartphone market with a great pace is coming up with another huge device, the Xiaomi Mi Max 2. As the name suggests it is a successor to the Mi Max smartphone which was launched in May last year. The Mi Max was priced at Rs. 14,999 however the firm has not yet confirmed any update on the specification, price and launch for the Mi Max 2 smartphone.
But as per some leaks that has been seen on many online portals, it is expected that the phablet is going to be launched in this month and will be featuring a 6.4 inch display with a screen resolution of 1920×1080 pixels. A listing on AndroidPure has shown some update on the specification for the Mi Max 2 as per which the phablet will be coming with 4 GB RAM along with 128 GB of internal storage.

On camera front it will be featuring a 12-megapixel snapper on the rear along with a 5-megapixel camera on the front for selfie and video conferencing. Also it is expected that the rear camera will be coming with 4k video recording and LED flash.
Mi Max 2 will be powered by a 2.2 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 SoC (Cortex A53) along with Qualcomm Adreno 506 GPU for enhancing its performance. The smartphone will be running on MIUI 9 wrapped over Android Nougat v7.1.1 and on the connectivity front it will be offering Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, NFC.
