Soon after the launch of the Redmi 3 smartphone, Xiaomi has now launched the Redmi Note 3 Pro in China. The firm has now upgraded the version featuring a Qualcomm processor instead of mediaTek SoC. Similar to the Redmi 3, the Redmi Note 3 Pro will also go on sale via the company’s official website starting from Sunday.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 Pro is yet to be launched globally. However for now it will be available in three color variants including Silver, Campaigne Gold & Dark Grey. The price at which the smartphone has be launched is CNY 999 which is around Rs. 10000 in India National RUpee.

The Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 Pro features a 5.5-inch full HD display with a screen resolution of 1920×1080 pixels and a pixel density of 403 ppi. The phone comes powered by a Hexa-Core Snapdragon 650 processor (Quad-core 1.2 GHz Cortex-A53 & Dual-core 1.8 GHz Cortex-A72) and is coupled with Adreno 510 GPU.
The smartphone will be made available in two variants. First will come with 2 GB of RAM along with 16 GB internal storage and the second will be made available with 3 GB RAM alongside 32 GB ROM. It runs on Android Lollipop v5.1.1 OS with MIUI 7.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 Pro sports a 16MP With f/2.0 aperture primary camera with LED flash support in addition to a 5MP front-facing snapper with an F2.0 aperture. It also comes with additional features including Geo-tagging, touch focus, face/smile detection, HDR, panorama.
The Redmi Note 3 Pro is a dual SIM (LTE and LTE) smartphone. Connectivity options include 4G LTE (compatible with Indian LTE bands), Bluetooth, 3G, GPRS/ EDGE, GPS, Glonass, Wi-Fi, and Micro-USB. Sensors on the phone include Fingerprint, accelerometer, gyro, proximity, compass.
The phone is powered by a 4000 mAh non-removable Li-Po battery, with fast charging support that can charge up to 50 percent in 1 hour, same as the Redmi Note 3. It measures 150x76x8.7 mm and weighs 164 grams.
